The company began franchising in 2016 and is the only franchised car wash company in the U.S. Serac Capital is developing Tommy’s Express Car Washes for an experienced Franchisee that is growing a portfolio of car wash locations in Texas, Idaho and Utah. Serac currently owns two locations backed by 20-year NNN leases (plus extension options) from Franchisee. Serac also developed a third site in Houston that is in predevelopment (four sites total), that will start construction in 2025.
